Uhm i eat between 1200-1400 a day 😅 I don’t call it under-eating, that’s my body’s caloric requirements for maintenance since I'm only 5’2. My weight may seem close to being underweight but trust me, i look chunky 😔

Ehh.. if you can give up carbs then why not give it a try see if it works good for you. But remember, once you start eating carbs again, you’ll gain the lbs you’ve lost (cuz really, it’s not good for long term)

Yes.. my maintenance calories are around 1700 and i eat 1200-1400 everyday except fridays
