I had these urge to eat even tho I'm really not hungry.. my period’s about to come this week, maybe that’s why? I’m not usually like this. My diet has been sabotaged 😖

SEDENTARY or LIGHT ACTIVE?
So in my usual days, i just do light stuffs like cooking, playing with my siblings, tapping on my phone etc. But i walk 40mins a day, 5 times a week. Am I considered as a lazy bum?😕

Is eating 900 calories sometimes okay?
I’m 21/5’2/106pounds. Trying to cut down to 101. Eating 1300-1400 calories a day seems to have slower result. is it okay to zigzag calorie intake? Low cals today then normal calorie allowance tomorrow then low calories again the day after tomorrow. Will this not mess up my health/metabolism?🤔

Will once a week “cheat day” ruin my diet?
I’m 21, 157cm tall. My fitness pal recommends me to eat 1200cals a day but i eat more than that like 1300-1400 (cuz yah 1200 cals are for babies) but i walk-jog everyday for 1hour so yeah. And during my day off, specially friday, i eat around 2500. Will this ruin the whole week of starving myself?
