Also stay away from sugar and processed foods, Avoid al fruits except for berries. Coconut oil, coconut cream, Kerrygold, walnuts, macadamia nuts are your friends.

Adjust your macros on here. 60 to 70 percent from fat, 15 to 30 percent from protein, and 5 to 10 percent from carbs. Keep carbs less than 26grams
