I use the Strong app as well. Seems perfect for what you need.

I had started it only to find my chronic diseases made it harder to do c25k as the app said. Sometimes moving on took longer. Since then, I moved on to doing more weightlifting. Getting my legs overall stronger has helped me A LOT. Bottom line, if you find it moves to quickly for you - adapt it to yourself. :)

I added you. I, too, have health issues. You got this!

I would search it out on google, use pinterest, or instagram. There are people like us, just a bit harder to find. I have sensitivities and allergies to foods due to gastroparesis and IBS. There are communities of people on those sites you can discover and connect with.

I was misdiagnosed type 1 and came to Norway . I was rediagnosed type 2. Hopefully the diabetic labels expand soon to include more specifics on type. I had an insulin pump and dexcom glucose monitor. I recommend them for insulin users. The dexcom monitor will make your life easier and safer. It was especially important to…

Just keep going. Focus on other goals than weight such as a race or start measuring yourself rather than using a scale. You might be losing inches rather than pounds right now. :)

Hi! I sent a request. I am a new runner and not fast. . .. .yet.
