New Garmin user. I'm loving it more than my Fitbit. The band is comfy (which is needed to track sleep) and it gives me more useful data and a more functional app. Bonus, it's not a touch screen, so the kiddos at work aren't turning it on all day.

I weigh in underwear and after morning duties (but before coffee and breakfast). I love data, so I usually weigh every day, but really only focus on Wednesday and Sunday weights for loss purposes.

This ^^^ My husband also doesn't share my goals (not for wanting, but he doesn't have the motivation). He isn't actively joining me, but he goes on walks around the block with me to stretch out legs, and is trying to eat out at places that have options for me/eating worse when I'm not at home so it's not in my face.

I use Zombies Run when I'm actively out (versus the quick block walk to stretch), so I just add music as well. I like it to help with focus and motivation. But if you don't like to have music, then you don't have to. Just don't use that fearure on the watch.
