count me in! the last mile is often the most taxing. One way to deal with this is to behave like you have much more than 10 lbs to lose, so you don't start to slack/believe you are near the end.

Current mini-goal is to carry cartons of water up three flights of stairs without getting out of breath. Was aiming for a half marathon sometime in september, but not sure now if things will be open by then.

I've tried OMAD before.... I did find it easier to do this after eating twice a day for a few weeks. Once the routine is established the hunger pangs/low energy etc go away. Challenge for me was to get enough fats/carbs in my omad diet since I don't eat meat (just dairy products)
