Frustrating, but at least things are settling in again enough to the point where I feel like I can say that I have enough in me to try again.
Even though it's only 1.3 pounds, it will likely take a couple of weeks. This will be due to a self-enforced slow slide into deficit (to avoid shocks leading to bingeing) along with using a 7-day average. Honestly I am half tempted to use 28-day average, but that would take a lot longer, as I've been effectively maintaining for the last month.
It was really helpful to come back and catch up on all the fitness and weight goals you all have been setting and accomplishing. Keep at it!
I'm surprised (but pleasantly so) that I am able to announce today that my 7-day average JUST snuck under my goal.
Next goal: Under 190.0 on the 28-day average. That number is 193.6 today.8 -
I'm here reading all these awesome comments and I reach behind my shoulders to massage a sore spot that is always there AND I actually felt my own shoulder blade. A real bone. Been YEARS. What a feeling.14

I want to get under 125. Last year I was maintaining at 116 and really feeling myself. I realized that 125 was where my body plateaued last time so for now my mini goal is to get past this hard spot once more.9

This is kinda a near future mini goal, but one I'm excited for nonetheless.
I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I've told myself that after my baby is here, once I get back down to pre-pregnancy weight, I'm going to reward myself with getting my belly button pierced!
It's something I've always wanted but I've always been too chicken.
I can't wait to get started working towards it, but little man needs to cook a little longer9 -
Getting over elbow injuries, finally able to challenge myself; but only with little boy weights 🤣6

My short term (I hope) goal is getting a blood sugar reading under 200. Nothing like a little out of control Type II to make me lose weight! (Yes, my G.P. is aware and I have a tele-appointment with an endocrinologist on Wednesday.)14

The best of luck 🤞.2 -
I’m working on being able to run a 5k and average 8 minutes per mile. I’ve never been a great runner, but trying to get better. I have a training program I’ve been utilizing every day.13

Losing 20% of starting weight. I'm about 7 pounds away, but each pound lost is harder than the last.11
-
Short term for me is every 5 lbs- just helps me focus
168.2 lbs -> goal 163.2
If memory serves correctly- this goal also gets me down 1 pant size.7 -
1. to get into a UK size 16 by middle of July
2. to get into a UK size 14 by my anniversary in September
3. to get out of the obese BMI category by September
4. to be able to get through insanity by Christmas7 -
I have 10 lbs to go to be half (73 lbs lost) way to my goal (145 lbs total)11
-
Current mini-goal is to carry cartons of water up three flights of stairs without getting out of breath.
Was aiming for a half marathon sometime in september, but not sure now if things will be open by then.8 -
Current mini goals are to get to 215 by my birthday on May 23rd (I have 4.6 lbs to go) and drop below 200 by the end of June. My current trend lines on my weight chart show I'm on track for both!
I also have a size 14 of my favorite jeans saved in my cart on Amazon, just waiting to be purchased!10 -
Fitting into my black dress by Sept.6
-
@tammierlewis Back in black sounds like a nice project!1
-
I'm trying to reach 199 by my birthday (July 22).12
-
I ALMOST fit into a straight size 16.....11
-
I started using a new running route and there’s a big hill in the middle. My PR for getting up the hill is 8:23. I’d like to get it under 8 minutes.16

I bought a pair of pants last year that don’t fit but I loved them so much so I kept them, hoping to fit into them one day6

Right now I'm 1.5 pounds from hitting 200 so that's my next mini goal. I'm looking forward to it. I don't think I've been at that weight or anywhere near it in fifteen years or so.13

Same!1 -
Getting my BMI under 30. I think I have about 3 weeks to go. One thing that has been really helping me is I try to have a micro-goal/milestone to hit every week that shows progress.9
-
need to fit in my white pants and white shorts!4
-
I just ordered three dresses that were on sale... they were a 10-12, I'm normally a 12-14. So I'm busting my butt to try and make sure they fit me when they arrive, or at least shortly thereafter... I plan to use them as my summer "uniform" since I have some pretty aggressive goals for myself this summer and think dresses will be more forgiving than pants and shorts...8

Mini Goal is to lose 10 pounds in 2 months.8
-
You all have great goals! I burned out my calves and they're taking forever to heal. My goal is for them to heal so I can be in less pain, walk normal, and be able to do more than seated arm cardio! I miss my stair treadmill and leg weights, I'd like to be back at it before all my muscle is gone.8

Seems small, but just eating on a schedule and logging it in MFP every single day as part of ED management. Doing well for several weeks so far!29

SW: 94.2kg (207.7lbs)
CW: 78.1kg (172.2lbs)
GW: 68.8kg (151.7lbs)
Which means I'm creeping ever so close to being 2/3rds of the way to my goal, reaching a normal BMI! Only 0.9kg (2lbs) left to that milestone
77.1kg on the scale today, 17,1kg lost and officially 2/3rds of the way to reaching a healthy BMI11
