I have 6lb to lose before I'm where I was last summer, so that's the small goal that will get me into all my lovely sunshine suitable clothes6

To ger under 100kg. 103 tight now and moving along at a decent clip. I should be able to hit it by Easter!7

I am 20 pounds down!
The black yoga pants no longer fit at all!
Those were two of my goals, and I reached them both the same day.
Onward to 25 pounds lost, and being able to fit into size 16 jeans!15 -
This morning I fit into size 16 jeans.
Obviously the next goal is to fit into size 14 jeans. I'd better order a pair. (grin)10 -

Congratulations -- well done! Give yourself a big pat on the back.
I'm right there with you. Today marks 15 pounds down and fitting into size 16 again. Now, to 14.
I have a little post-it on my desk at my office with a big "16" on it to remind me to stay focused to get to size 16. Now since I'm working from home, I'll proudly put up a new post-it at my home desk with a big "14" on it!6 -

215 lb this morning i was 218.6, so a reasonable goal timeframe with the current level of homebound is April 17 (date is arbitrary but I find having both the time and the goal help me a little more). a little closer monitoring food intake (actually logging at least a couple times of day, might be a good start), a little less giving in to the bored munchies, and a little more moving sounds are how this is going to happen

About to start careful monitoring/tweaking of calorie to activity ratios as I begin transition (first) to Stabilize and then (in the near future) to ongoing Maintenance status.5
-
Going back to work soon (mat leave) fitting back into my work clothes3

My April weight goal is 264, so there's that. Otherwise, I just want to solidify a daily yoga practice, and basically get myself and my household through the next month with our mental and physical health intact.5
-
Starting Stabilization today - that period of trial and error to find my personal sweet-spot of Maintenance CI-CO balance.5

To be "overweight" by Memorial Day.(May 25th)8

I’ve just decided that the time is right to start C25K!! I was going to wait until I was under 100kg (arbitrary target) but the weather is glorious, I’m WFH and I’ve been getting the urge to start running when out on my daily walks for I’m jumping in!11

I read somewhere on Instagram: when I come out of the quarantine I want to look like a snack, not like I ate all the snacks in the house.
I like that, I'll keep going in that direction.17 -
I have two...
First one is to be 269.9 because that will be the lowest I've been in 10 years minimum.
Second... to be 258 lbs because that means I'll be halfway through 331 lbs to 185 lbs12 -
This month's mini goals:
1. Make it in UAC winner's circle to practice healthy LIFEstyle life long habit
2. Saving 3 passes this month: one for my birthday and two for that time of the month for females
3. Alternate days of upper and lower weight training to regain the 3 inches I lost from my feminine curves4 -
I am 25 pounds down! Now the mini goal is to reach 250, which is a nice round number, and one which I am 21 pounds away from. When I reach 248 I will have lost 50 pounds, which is the other mini goal.19

Looking to be able to run/jog a full mile without walking (I am about 80% there) and being able to drop 2 pounds this week.10
-
There's two actually:
* Improve every single metric for my "Rockport Walking Test" when I try again May 1
* Dropping 3% body fat by June 156 -
I hit my goal to get under 100kg today! Next stop 92 kg since that would bring me into the overweight BMI class. Hoping to accomplish this by mid-June.12

getting 10k-15k steps daily11

I'd like to have one more day of staying away from bread/bread type things. (today)
I'd like to have a one week streak (started yesterday) of logging food/exercise.
At the end of this lock-down, I'd like to fit into my pre-lockdown clothing and maybe be fitting into the size down!10 -
Introducing pull ups and dips into my workout route; once I've build my own DIY excerise Station, awaiting the galvanised tubes.

The new mantra I'm working with is, "Today I'm going to treat myself like I like my body." That's not always easy because I really hate the body shape that I have, what with the fat and loose skin. But it helps when I do that.15

All the pants in my closet fit now. I bought some of my favorite NY&Co jeans in a size 8. They definitely don't fit yet, but wearing them is my new mini goal. And I'm so excited about it. Considering getting a size 6, too, to hang up next to them and really be thinking towards the future.7

I am aiming to reach 40 pounds lost ( out of 100 total). That is the amount I lost, and then gained back. Once I hit this point, each pound gone will feel sweeter. I'm still annoyed by having to start all over again, and even though I enjoy each pound lost ( I've gotten rid of 31 so far), it is still in the back of my mind that it is a redo.13

I’m 108 kg right now, and depending on any changes in my rate of loss it seems quite achievable.
Did you make it?0
