Hi Helen and thank you for your response. It’s not uncommon for you to gain weight after menopause. Actually it’s post menopause because I am finish with it already for at least two years. I am using a machine called the ab crunch I got at Dicks Sporting goods store.

Oh sorry muscle soreness! Not pain sorry! Pain and muscle soreness is not the same thing. I am experiencing muscle soreness which is getting less and less each day.
