Keeping track of calories and what you’re eating is key even if you have a bad choice day. I’m on 450 days. Down 108 pounds. I’ve had my bad days. But you’re building a habit not just good days. Starting to be accountable to MyFitnessPal everyday will show you patterns and triggers more easily. Do not give up. I noticed…

Cake seems to be a popular answer, and I love cake. There’s chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting that I’d eat all day long if it didn’t have calories. But not thinking about it... nope. Not thinking about it at all. I’m really not. Can you buy just one piece of cake? What am I saying? I don’t want it. Lol

No so much into online dating. But I’d be interested in more MFP friends.

Emotional eating resistance while going through a rough divorce. Really aware of intense emotions that drive my desire to self medicate (sabotage) with food. It’s a struggle but not giving in to toxicity in my life... with partners or food relationships... both have to be really worth it.

I have been using Equate Whey Protein powder. I get mine at Walmart for $15 for 18 servings. It has no creatine. The smooth vanilla is what I buy. It’s not chalky. Not too sweet and manageable with low carbs. I make it every morning to boost my protein/metabolism because I don’t like to eat in morning and this was a good…
