  • I need some accountability! I’m staying “on track” but am starting to let little things go, a bite here, a guess there, etc and for me I will not lose a thing if I’m not exact. Goal for the week is: To track everything To weigh everything To avoid mid day chocolate or other sugar
  • Ok thanks. I’ll start weighing my food. I thought I was pretty accurate as I don’t count all my exercise calories. But it’s possible!
  • Thanks all- I guess the confusing thing is that I haven’t been able to lose weight with a calorie deficiency. I guess the new question is if shifting macros has helped get past a plateau?
