I am so glad you said this. I don't even want to introduce myself, because I've done it before. This time I took my time. I meal planned on Tuesday, grocery shopped today, and I'm starting tomorrow. I am great at starting. Consistency, yeah, not so much. Anyway, good luck! Mary Ellen

Wow. Ditto! Me too! Just got back on MFP two weeks ago. A discussion about my health with the insurance company is motivating me to restart. I am doing well so far, but Memorial Day threw me off. I could really use support. Doing this on my own is tough. Thanks for the post!
