Hiya Raquel welcome back!! I've been pretty larger, for quite some time. Lockdown was a godsend for me. I was able to find the time to do the exercise I enjoyed , which was cycling. Added to that, with healthier eating and alot less snacking. I was able to lose 2 1/2 stone in 2 months. Good luck , hope I can help some time😉
