Thanks for starting this thread! :) I use Beachbody On Demand. I am currently working through my own calendar I created that consists of 3 of their programs (10 Rounds, The Work, and Liift4) Today was Week 1 - 10 Rounds: Boxing 3 and Week 1 - Liift4: Legs 50/50.

I press "done" probably 70% of the time. It makes sense to me to press it! :lol: Definitely going to try this though! My knees can't bend near as much as yours, but I gotta start somewhere. :)

I did this program. My nutrition was *kitten* when I did it, so I truthfully didn't see results (other than getting stronger and able to do the moves better). I enjoyed it and will go back and do some of the workouts when I want something different. Total Body Badass is one of my favorites! That one and LIT Cardio. :)

Final workout of The Work! The Crucible!! I have my park workout tomorrow and then I think I will take a few days off. I want to do 3 Day Refresh before I start my next calendar.

Yesterday was Week 6 - The Work: Cardio and Core (my favorite day) I also went to the gym with a gf for Bis & Tris Kind of regretted the gym sesh this morning when I had to do Isometrics. 😅 The burn is real! 🔥 💪
