I gained 10lbs since covid shelter in place and the sedentary lifestyle was not helping.. I decided to take back control.. A little too late but better late then never.. Was not happy looking in the mirror and all my clothes were not fitting as well as they used to.. wake up call..

Thanks that’s a great article. I think I’ll try some of that to get out of this plateau. I want to do weights but sadly I can’t see going to a gym anytime soon so have to figure out something I can do at home without any equipment. Probiotics is interesting. I am going 1550 and I am 177lbs .. I think 1200 would be too low for me. I could probably do it for a few days but not sustainable.
