It’s crazy but quarantine got me fit! I was working 7 days a week and really forgot to think about myself. My mindset has definitely changed and I won’t work myself so hard I forget to stay healthy! 28 pounds to go! Good luck with your goals! I know you’re going to do great! 💪🏻💪🏻

Smaller steps don’t get results as fast but they definitely keep you in the game longer! I’m trying to lose 30 pounds and I am eating 1540 a day! Doing workouts on YouTube (Pamela Reif) and feeling great! Not at all hungry! Maybe bring up you calories just a tad- no need to torture yourself! Sending you tough chick vibes!…
