  • I just had one of these. Along with a good sized scale drop, I was hungrier than usual, slept awful the past couple nights, had 3 #2's in the span of this morning, and i could feel my heartbeat while I was laying in bed wide awake. I was a bit dizzy this morning and pretty shaky from my one cup of coffee.
  • I have a fan on in the summer and I will stretch before crawling into bed and then read an actual paper book under a dim reading light all tucked in. Always works for me. Last few nights I timed how long it takes for my eyelids to fall shut while reading. Average 6 minutes.
  • Finding my belly button again. And I'm so dang cold at work now
  • Kudos to you and anyone training to run these long distances. I have a friend who is trying for the Boston marathon. These long runs are crazy! I'm currently lucky to make it 5 miles in an hour without dying.
  • I like the Boho beautiful youtube channel. She has so many different types and levels to chose from. I find Adreinne annoying

  • I Deployed to Iraq twice. I had that lovely only MRE diet for the first 4 months of my 2003 trip over there. I got so sick of them. I lost weight on both trips. Even with my second trip over in 2007 not eating as many Mres and more at the chow hall. but then I had access to a gym and they had us doing PT every day. My 1st…
  • To add to this fabulous less allergy suffering phenomenon, I've noticed I have yet to have a night where my sinuses plugged up during my sleep!! Usually I have to breathe through my mouth during grass pollen season.....This adds to the reduced inflammation theory
  • It could be your protein powder plugging you up...I ran out of my powder, tried new one and I have been having trouble with regularity since switching. And I usually always go once a day at around the same time. Its a plant based store brand powder that tastes god awful. Fresh Thyme plant based protein powder...I didn't…

  • Hello from MN!
  • You know I was thinking the same thing that my allergies don't seem to be as intense this grass season. I wonder if its both losing weight and that I started taking my medicine at least a month before the grass started pollenating. I still am miserable on dry windy days though. But I found it quite nice to not feel like…

  • There is a setting to turn off autoplay on those videos but they still load. I wished there was a way to hide the vidoes and only see what your friends post in the news feed. I noticed data usage jump up when viewing individuals profiles as it loads everything they ever posted it seems
  • Hi fellow veteran!
  • I do daily weigh in more of to see how certain foods, activity, sleep, water intake, etc effect weight
  • Baked peanut butter? that sounds nasty. I agree with the oreos being a dangerous treat...I can't keep those in the house. I do have a bag of dark chocolate baking morsels and a bag of peppermint patties on hand to help keep my sanity. The peppermint patties are in the freezer. They taste awesome during the summer and bonus…

  • I stayed the same exact weight during the first 3 or 4 days when all the fun bloating happens and then a whole pound came off
  • Same deal here too, my upper half has always been small and skinny but from the hips to the feet is thicker. I can only see weight loss in upper area but thats not where I want to lose it from :D . I can't see it but can feel that my thighs and butt are shrinking because my pants are getting looser and Its almost time to…
  • I noticed the data usage increase when I bought a new phone. The version that was on my old phone must not have been able to support the flashy ads because that one did use as much data and there were less ads. It isnt a whole lot more on the new phone but its noticeable if you have a limited plan and are tracking your…
  • Zumba on YT is a good workout and entertaining because I cant dance and I end up stumbling around trying to keep up :D
  • I'm curious...to the previous posters that had an injury from minimalist shoes....Did you spend much time barefoot like around the house and such before trying the shoes? I have ran twice - like a mile each time- in a pair of the Vibram 5 toe shoes and only experienced just general soreness. I just got them a couple weeks…
