  • I get bloat from some protein powder too, I started mixing it half and half with a different brand that I had some left of and now don't have problems with it. I'm lactose intolerant. Even though they say on the tub that it has the enzymes in it, it must not be enough of them for me. Also Increase you water intake with the…
  • I've found men's Relaxed Fit jeans to fit me better than woman's jeans. Wrangler 5 star relaxed fit. They're thick though so not a summer jeans. I work in a warehouse so I don't need to look nice. Just casual jeans Tshirt kinda workplace. Some women's stuff that does fit me are random ones that I found at goodwill and got…
  • Definitely at home/outdoors and my martial arts class. I've never felt comfortable in a gym. But when I go to class it's a different vibe amongst my classmates.
  • Now that there is less fat surrounding my belly button I can actually see it and less lint and crud gets stuck in there.
  • Interesting. I didn't even think about water weight gain after the vaccine. I have been up a couple pounds this week. I got the pfizer part1 last week and only had a sore arm and a wave of tiredness come over me at work the next day. While the coworker who sits next to me got sick enough to where he was too miserable to…
  • I do now that I have bought a Big rice cooker. ( my small one will now be the bean cooker) The last batch I made was this multigrain variety that you dont need a big serving of. I made way too much so I did freeze some so it wouldnt go bad. I like rice alot so I can eat it several days in a row without getting sick of it.
  • Veggies , beans, lentils, cheese... One of my "wierd " things is I've added pasta sauce to it
  • Ive been maintaining for a couple months now. A coworker asked me in the breakroom while I was bent over getting something out of the fridge "are you trying to lose weight?" We work in different buildings but used to work in the same dept. He remembered me 20 lbs heavier. And had gotten a good view of my backside where all…
  • That might be TMI but I also found that true. Its like you have better "access"
  • I have never heard of this! Interesting
  • Oh I HATE the tiny jeans pockets. so useless! My body reacts differently now to my cycle. it sneaks up on me because I don't get the achy breasts or the crampiness I used to. I still get the bloating and the PMS just on a much smaller scale. So I really gotta pay attention to my calendar and had to install an app on my…
  • I'm loving this. I've never really seen my leg muscles . Before , my legs were just round and kinda there. Now I can see actual definition of the different parts of the muscles. You can actually tell what muscle is there!.
  • I'm just outside the twin cities and Its nice to live close to ski hills and I just learned theres a couple cross country trails nearby. I hope to find some of my own xc skis this winter so I don't have to rent them every time I go. I have all my own downhill stuff but no xc stuff 😄
  • Hi fellow Minnesotan! Taking up a winter sport really helps. I used to hate winter most of my life until a few years ago I learned how to ski. Both downhill and cross country. I like the downhill version more. Now I actually dont mind winter. The icicle face reminds me of the short stint I did as a mail carrier in Northern…
  • I only would eat it in a cheesy tuna casserole when I was younger . Now I eat it every day for lunch. Plain tuna mixed with salsa or added in with mac and cheese.
  • I didn't quit caffeine but significantly reduced it. I found that I'm more calm, less jittery, and less likely to get worked up over something stupid
  • Almond joy Reeses pieces Peanut M&Ms (I'm gonna have to try the Oreo candy bar as Oreo cookies are one of my favorites)
  • Yep. Splurge days occur on Holidays or family time or the occasional work event. I have some kind of treat several times a week whether its alcohol or some chocolate or an Oreo cookie. Its budgeted in the calories on the regular days and on those rare holiday/family things yeah, it will be more but they dont happen very…
  • Its cold at night now. I put on a pair of pajama long bottoms that I haven't worn since May or so and they wouldnt stay on!
  • it sure takes time getting used to seeing the new smaller body. I still double take when I look at my smaller self in the mirror today. While clothes shopping today I had to remind myself to look for clothes in my new size.
  • I'll continue exercise outside in the form of skiing! I'm also in MN.
  • I have lost my period for about 3 months but it was during a time of heavy intense exercise and stressful environment = Army basic training. They told us that would happen so i wasn't worried. The day it came back was on Thanksgiving day 😐
  • Plane rides and traveling in general stress you out and dehydrate you! I switch to maintenance for vacations/trips, family things, etc because It will come off again when I get back on track. I do my best to enjoy/relax during the occasion and get back to business when I'm on normal schedule. I've had it happen several…
  • Im kinda looking forward to it... I'm tired of 90° and humid. I used to hate winter most my life but recently enjoy it as ive learned how to ski. And I ski like a teenage boy so its and amazing workout
  • Yep it hit in my late 20s. Milk is the evil culprit. I can have cheese and some kinds of yogurt with no troubles. Whey protein gave me a wierd rash on my face so I use pea protein currently. I 'll take those pills before a big holiday meal where you know there will be tons of milk baked i to that rich food.
  • They make my toes go numb too!
  • I've noticed it's about the same for me too. I gain a couple pounds- hold steady for the week and a half or so and then continue losing. Last cycle weight was steady for 3 weeks and then bam- 3 lb drop...Now I "gained" back 2 of those pounds because my period is back.
