I think the advice off everyone else is really good and it’s also helped me a little bit too, to see that maybe I’m being a bit hard on my self! ☺️

Shark week is the worst. I always gain just before and during, the majority comes from water weight but my cravings hit me so bad and I really struggle with self control! I haven’t been on sign starting MFP so it will be a real test!

Thanks for the FR! I’m just about recovering now! I’m just waiting for an MRI scan and I have to get a splint made for my foot due to something called foot drop! Super stressful! But I’m determined to make a full recovery AND get fit again!
