  • Yes! This is what I did, too! To me, this was the most easiest and accurate way. If you are eating rice patties or meatballs and no two are the same weight, no problem. Love the food scales.
  • 2 Eggs, cheddar cheese, spinach all scrambled together, 1 sausage link, and water to drink. (253 calories total weighed on food scale) I enjoy smaller meals and snacks. If I plan on a workout, I'll eat a little bigger and add some carbs.
