Thank you for the advice. The onions and sweet potatoes go bad faster if left outside of the fridge; might be my climate. I'll take care of the stuff in the bags, though.

I tried chard for the first time last night: it was pretty amazing, even the stems! It seems a bit delicate: I would up over-salting it, will be less heavy-handed next time. Trying roasted beets at lunch today! Hope I like them!

I like Leslie Sansone's walking videos on YouTube, there's an amazing variety of lengths and different instructors that keep the basic moves really interesting. @KeriA That's so weird: I was just wondering this morning if my new level of exercise could help my insomnia and if I needed to take all of that medication anymore. I'll try dropping the Benadryl.

I'm so glad to be a help! I was pretty discouraged myself until I saw those pictures! Tbh the pancakes were meh. I went ahead and made some almond flour biscuits (I have to eat grain-free). They were delightful with the jam!
