  • Why don't you buy some lower calorie small chocolate bars, like Cadburys fudge or little delights. Cut them in to thin/small pieces and pop them into the freezer. You make a bar last you all day.   • Thankyou, I can find the salmon no probs just didn't know at which state to weigh. Obviously it's frozen weight will be a lot different to it's cooked weight
  • I don't have the outer packaging as I was on ww so didn't need the info annoyingly. The issue of whether to weigh frozen or cooked will still be the same
  • If the information you've entered is accurate then you will lose weight eating 1900 cal a day :)
