There are dozens of genuine reasons why someone may not use the best grammar. You understood well enough to give the advice there was no real need to point out the lack of punctuation. If you can't see how what you said could have been insulting and or embarrassing than that is actually on you.

23:1 is too extreme and 7 days of anything isn't enough. If you want to do IF properly why not try 16:8 and work up to 20:4. Mfp is known for over estimating calories burnt from exercise. Try eating 75% of them for a week if that doesn't work cut to 50 then 25. What you are doing is working even of slowly, you're not sts or gaining. Do you have some kind of Fitbit or apple watch to compare what the calories burnt say on here? Keep going you're…

By juice I take it you mean squash? You can get loads of different sugar free squash. I used to be bad on the fizzy but have squash and today water now when I'm craving it. Or have you tried pepsi Max cherry? It really good 😋

Mfp massively over estimates how many calories we can eat back after exercise. I'd say only eat back maybe 50% of them. Maybe try eating more during the day. Even if you're bringing in the evening it shouldn't make a difference to your journey as you clearly have the calories to do so.

I'm on 1200 and not hungry at all. Bulk out your meals with loads of vegetables or salads have low cal snacks between meals try to include a low carb protein shake too. You can totally do it. Like others have said if the amount you need to lose is a bit daunting try smaller goals. Say 5 or 10 kg smash that then move on to the next smaller goal. It all adds up.

That's great for you and everything else you've said is spot on. Maybe I could have worded things differently but my point remains that labeling someone as having a serious mental health issue because they don't like the way their body looks is a bit much.

You can hate your body and not have dysmorphia the 2 aren't mutually exclusive. We must all have things about our weight and bodies that we don't like or non of us would be on mfp.

I'm surprised that an NHS eating plan is low carb. The eating plans given by the Dr and the ones on the NHS website/eat smart are really well balanced, as you would expect from the department of health.
