Hello all so I've lost 2 stone I was 12,11 and I'm now 10,3 been drinking Pepsi max and water because it has no sugar calories but I know the sweetener is bad for Pepsi max and plus I am getting so bored of it now its all I have I need something else to taste anyone got any healthy drinks no smoothies I already have That just some nice juice or something that hasn't much sugar don't want to drink water all the time, but I'm scared if I switch the Pepsi max to a certain juice or other fizz I will put on weight because Pepsi max is the one thing I know with no calories and stuff

Pepsi max has calories, everything does except water. Diet drinks are very low calorie. If you stay in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. The controversy over artificial sweeteners is based on consuming quantities that are outrageously high. Juices will add a lot more calories. If you’re bored with Pepsi Max, try a different pop, put a slice of fruit in your water, or a flavored sparkling water.3

coke zero is a similar low calorie soft drink. Also any of the sugar free sprite etc should be available at your local supermarket2

By juice I take it you mean squash? You can get loads of different sugar free squash. I used to be bad on the fizzy but have squash and today water now when I'm craving it. Or have you tried pepsi Max cherry? It really good 😋1

I know people make fun of it, but I honestly really like LaCroix. I don't like most of the berry flavors but the citrus ones, the cherry lime, and the blackberry cucumber are really good. I get fizz and a little flavor with no sweeteners and no calories.2

All diet fizzy drinks will be similarly low in calories. Same for squash which you dilute with water(as long as it's the no added sugar, check the ingredients some do have a few more cals which can add up).
I must say that water straight from the tap doesn't excite me but it tastes okay in my part of the world so I drink it. Add ice and a slice of lemon and it's much more interesting.3 -
Agree about putting stuff in the water - mint? lemons? or if it's warm slice the lemons up, freeze them and then add them2

Perrier water with the grapefruit flavor is very refreshing2

Thankyou for the advice everyone I'll try putting stuff in water and seeing how that tastes1
