  • Hi Melissa I’d recommend writing a list of foods you do enjoy and constructing a meal plan that you can sustain long term. Including comfort foods so you don’t feel you’ve restricted yourself completely allowing for flexibility. Have you worked out your tdde requirements? Always a good indicator to start.

  • Thank you for taking the time for writing that. I really appreciate it because you’ve just highlighted to me that we do things everyday that sometimes we don’t want to. Exercise is so important and eating well that it shouldn’t be something I stop should be the last thing. Thank you
