Yeah thats true i am feeling more bloated im drinking more to try help I of course expect an increase in kcals just didn't expect it to be almost 300

I have increased my activity level to active and left weight lose at 0.5lb a week its jumped my kcals to 1910 which seems alot compared to my 1640 ?

Yeah definitely something as what im doing doesnt seem to be working and i love my excerise so want to focus my energy on this and fuel my body

I lost 11lbs in 10 weeks ive since list nothing its slowed right down I dont log my excerise back in my 20k steps are 2 walks and my day to day life with my 4 year so i am always on the go and then 5 times a week i do hiit based weight work outs for an hour a time

Yeah i do one or 2 weight sessions a week which is tough as im feeling hungry just now its tougher the closer i get

So im losing approx 1lb a week rather than 0.5 so should i increase my activity level?

So its 3 nights out but over a 3 week period i will try look ahead i normally drink vodka and soda water so im sure thats low

So could water weight see me heavier or lighter on the scales do u think as ive been feeling heavy this week but tracked everything and weigh day is tomorrow?

Ive been using MFP for tracking for 4 weeks and have lost 5lbs so far i want to lose another 9lbs then start to maintain

Right i see makes sense ive changed my weight goal to 1lb a week which allows me more calories so i will only eat a small % of logged excerise back thanks

So i go for big walks making up about 15000 of those steps the rest is day to day i also do 30 min weight session 3 times a week but i dont add that onto mfp but i track my steps and excerise through my linked fitbit Ive up my calories to 1710 as 1500 didn't seem enough ideally i want to lose min of 1lb a week but im a…

Hi its set to 1.5lbs per week however i only had my activity level as active but thinking it should be very active with the steps im doing each day
