Close to goal weight
hi So as the title says im 5lbs off my goal weight i have 1660kcal a day set my goal weight lose as 0.5lbs activity as light i walk 20k steps a day and do 3 HiiT workouts a week How do i keep going for the last 5lbs then lean towards maintaining as i want to lean out a bit more Thanks

Eating back excerise
hi so MFP has me set at 1500kcal but im walking 20k steps a day and weights for 30 mins 3 x a week this is giving me approx between 500-700 extra calories should i eat a portion of these back to get lean ? Thanks
