Activity level and goal weekly

Im unsure what activity level to select
I walk 20k steps daily thats either 2 big walks or one walk and daily walking through household things and shops so on i also weight and Hiit 3 times a week.
I have 7lbs left to lose but not sure what i should select for activity and how much weight to lose a week im thinking a 1lb a week ?

    Your activity level doesn't include your exercise. You log your exercise separately and eating back those calories. 7 lbs left to lose healthy weight loss would be .5 lbs a week. If 20k steps is your daily routine I'd select active.

    If you do 20k every day I would pick active/highly active but DO NOT record walking as exercise, only record weightlifting or an exercise class.

    Or, you can do sedentary but then log your walks as exercise (this is what I do in case I’m not as active on any given day). You have the option of eating back your exercise calories with this option.
