Cooking my 5th and 6th corned beef in the past two weeks. I will cook, portion out and freeze these two. I pressure cook them, two at a time. They won't admit that it was one of their former employees that did it, of course, but they finally got it back but then they said it was four years from the time the car was made, not the date we bought it two years later- I don't think that is right and dh needs to fight it.
