Debbie - One of the skinniest people I have ever known, had sky-high familial chloresterol. This was back in the 70s. I'd never heard of it before. My DSIL has raised chloresterol, and she is v fit and slim. Now, as a consequence of the medication she thinks, she has raised blood sugar. Trying to get that down by diet. (Pre-diabetes classes) I believe my UTIs are a genetic curse. 😕 I'm OK at the moment and using my estradiol pessaries. Down to twice a week.

I've put my Goss china on FM. And my Silver Jubilee mug. I thought it was worth nothing, but I see it on Etsy for various sums. I bought it from the Observer newspaper in 1977. It has all the prime ministers from Elizabeth ll's reign. So we shall see if we get any hits.

Another hot day. Not my favourite weather.

    Love Heather UK xxxxxxxx

Ordered this for myself to hopefully strengthen my bones a bit- it was recommended by the xray tech.
This was on a great sale plus an added coupon code.
