I've been able to do intermittent fasting everyday for the past two months. I've also been able to exercise 6 days/week since May :smiley:

I've been on intermittent fasting since mid April. I haven't weighed myself yet but I've lost a lot of centimetres around my waist. I can't fit into some of my tights and some of my tops are a lot looser now
