Ouch, hurts between left upper quadrant and lower upper quadrant of my abdomen, havnt eaten much so that’s good overall, just hoping it’s not a descending intestinal infection. Sorry I can’t remember who mentioned zombies run but I tried it this morning and got an awesome walk in plus it was fun! Thank you for mentioning it. I play Pokémon go, too, but this one works up more of a sweat and lots of fun. Reminds me of the video game 7 days to die. Yes, I’m 53 and like video games 😂

Only a weight gain of 0.7 lbs for our out of town trip, which for me is amazing. Maybe I’ll get even better with the next out of town trip in like 2 months. Easier to get back on track with my weight loss now, too

Oh good gravy thank you, I’m very planning oriented and that helps a lot. I so don’t want to ruin my progress. I’m taking diabetes meds and should be taking statins but I’m terrified of statins and trying to be healthy weight instead. Thank you!😊🌻

Going out of town for the weekend Friday through Sunday night, planning on pretending I’m thin for meals and just picking at my going out meals instead of eating most of it. Walking shouldn’t be a problem. I finally broke my barrier weight and I’m not about to give that up

My body is so efficient at keeping me safe during a famine. About 1500 calories - 500 calories of walking (12000 steps) and i gain half a pound.
