I did not want to do my work out today, but I did it anyway.

I worked out to a youtube video today, and it helped ne get my cardio up a notch

Today I did a work out but could put more into it than I could at the beginning of Quarantine. Now I am so much stronger

Chating with a friend on the phone, wile walking. Then taking a longer walk so I can keep Chating.

I went for a walk in a cute legging outfit, and was asked " if I bike" this year I haven't been biking, but I gues the work outs have lead to strong thighs. And I was chating with a friend and they mentioned my arms. I guess there are some Visual results.

I lost it all on lose it, and on mfp, five years ago or so. I slowly gained it all back. And in March and April I ate allot of junk food. SO I am starting again. I do not know how to add friends but I would like to be added if you want. Also if any one wants to add me that would be great.

I have walked or worked out an hour every day this month

Working out hard for 1 hour a day at home is my goal. Also to walk an hour a day. But to every day do at least 1 hour of fitness. π€ΎββοΈ

I listened to a workout video wile doing a different workout. I used the motivational cues to get me through it. This worked for me.

I have been logging consistently all summer. I am continuing to walk at least an hour a day. I am much less depressed. Sometimes I am happy when doing nothing, and this is new. I am back on track with my one hour homework out goal, that is essential to my happiness. β‘ββ‘

Hi one of my mini goals is to stay on track until sept 17. I have a good friend coming into town and we have been supporting eachother in waight loss. My friend moved out of state, we we have supported each outher long distance. I'm excited for the visit and some training and eaing healthy together.β₯

I lost a little waight this week so I am motivated to see the next 1 pound go down .7 to go Then I will have lost 7 pounds. :)

My goal is to increase my work outs. I am trying to walk faster on my walks. Start including short hit runs on my walks. Include stretching on my walks.
