My petty reason to loose waight is to feel good about my self when I walk in a room. Make my heart healthy. Have good skin. Not have my body be shoked when I need to do something physical.

☆I signed up for a bunch of fitness classes on zoom, and my goal is to make the classes and do them as best I can. Have a great goal accomplishing day.☆

My mini goal is to eat a light dinner. Imagine looking better in jeans. Feeling healthier. Aging better. Feel good abought myself at social gatherings. Buying a nice outfit that looks good on me. Getting healthy and embracing the life style.

Following through and doing my work out no excises. I started at 8:20pm, but its done. I also walked. I am trying to do 2 hours a day.

My shorts are fitting looser. I am prioritizing my work outs. This morning I went on a bike ride. Second one this summer.

I was not feeling my work out today. I did a slow hour. But because I needed to hit a number, I heard all the excuses in my head of why this work out was good enough. Then I asked myself am I in pain? No. Do I have the time? yes. So I got it done. 20 extra minutes and no excuses.

I took a morning walk. I am focused on my veggies today. I cooked a bunch of veggies.

Hi I usually end up blowing of my work outs on the weekend. But this Saturday I got my yoga done in a much smaller quantity, and a walk in. That is so much more than I usually do on a Saturday. I stuck to my calories today.

I got pleasure from getting my cleaning and work out done today. I resisted the desert. Instead I had 2 sugarless lolipops.

I had company come over earlier than I said. And I told them to come an hour later so I could finish my work out. They did not listen but I managed to finish my work out anyway. No excuses. My legs are getting stronger.
