I would love the support too. I have the same amount of weight to lose 5'7 started at 190, now at 182 and still have about 40 more to go.

I'm no doctor all I know is what works for me. I personally don't lose any weight unless I stay under 1200 calories. 2000 is what the average person uses to maintain unless their an athlete.

meditation helps me alot and prayer. I know its a weird combo but it worked for me. I get real bad anxiety and prayer alone wasn't working. I needed the meditation to quiet my mind. both help me find contentment everyday.

I'm about 5'6.5 and the lowest I ever got to was 135 but... I was 15 at the time soo who knows🤷♀️ if i'll get there but will try for it.
