My advice is to just shift your meals forward based on your waking hours. That should solve the problem.

Raw all the way.

Where are you working out? That makes a difference too. For me, loud music, motivational videos, and a training partner will usually spring me back to life.

Recommend reading this stationary bike guide. Should help you find the right bike.

I'd say it also depends on how you've spread out the calories over the day. Throw in a few more veggies if you want to increase your calorie intake. They'll keep you full and hinder your cravings.

If you're eating in the morning or post-workout. I'd actually encourage them.

Suggest taking a look at this elliptical buying guide Might help with some of your questions.

Yes, as mentioned i would consider altering macros to increase protein content. You wont get very big, but yes there will be chnages in toning and strength.

Yeah, great job on deciding to get back on track. Hope youve got all your tracking and diets back in place. Good luck!

If you havent dropped an inch in four months, it is highly likely that you are not eating in deficit. Do give your diet a check once more, see if your tracking is in order and make the necessary changes.

You will lose weight just by being in a caloric deficit, walking will help to boost the process increasing the energy difference. Walking has additional benefits, of not needing much equipment, less injury prone, helps with cardiovascularity too.

Doesnt matter as long as it fits into your daily calorie goals!

Yeah, if youve gained 12lbs in one month, its highly likely that its a lot of fat.

I prefer the standing OHP, a strong lower body gives me a pretty firm foundation, and helps me push better.

I try to get in some carbs before going into the gym, keeps me going for the 1.5hours, and try to get in a good amount of protein post workout.

I think the answer depends on what type of training you are into ,and what your goals are. For someone whose goal is Strength Training and hitting heavy weights, and also target a particular muscle group, i do think they will opt for a barbells and machines. Its right that they help in compound moves, and save time, but…

Yeah, its just two different expressions of a way to get to the same place.

Zero Calorie drinks dont mess with my appetite , but i guess it differs from person to person.

Macros is not much of a big deal now, but would highly recommend to make sure that adequate protein goals are hit. Its essential in gaining muscle and keeping you full for longer periods. Plus, do add strength training. About the belly flab, you cant spot reduce, so as you continue to lose weight eventually it will start…

Theres actually no way to maintain the rate of weight loss, you had at the start. Its simple, at first your body had larger calorie requirements ,so it was easy to hit that deficit, but as you lose weight this requirement will get lower, and it will become hard to hit a deficit. So yeah, the latter will definitely take…

You need to put out more info to get the most out. Anyways, beans, legumes, chickpea, nuts are the main vegan ones. But yeah,200 is a lot so would definitely recommend a vegan protein powder.

Cant say much without knowing the exact routine. It mainly depends on the intensity and volume during those 40 minutes. But if youre doing a decent job, it shouldnt be too little that its not worth to be included.

Tbh, its not rocket science to understand the process behind it. It is pretty much doable, losing weight was the hardest part for my clients, cause thats when they had to reduce their intake significantly. But they do like the maintenance phase theyre in now. The idea is, to make sure that the number of calories burnt,…

Theres loads of information on the calories in different dishes on the internet. Consider the main dishes on the plate, and make a decent guess on the serving size (you will get better at this the more you use a scale at home, as previously mentioned), and add it up. Youre not gonna get the exact calories, but the best way…
