I don't think so. I also have cheat day once a week, and on that day I will really eat a lot. While I may gain half a pound from that, it usually goes away in a day or two after that so long as I stick to my usual diet schedule. Enjoy it once in a while :)

How about trying to cook it? There are recipes for Chinese food abound and actually they aren't that hard to cook. You can count on the calorie too! A portion of Chinese-style Chicken stir fry and a cup of rice usually give me about 600 calories, take and give a little. ;)

Shirataki noodle soup. Yummy, soupy, warm, and fulfilling ;)

How about some baked fruit and vegetable chips? Like zucchini or kales. Apples can go too. Zucchini and carrot sticks baked are also nice. You can find a lot of recipe on YouTube ;)

I can't search anything on the phone but I can still log food from the website. I think it's an app bug.

I am trying it right now, but I also am on a strict 1,200 calorie diet. I don't really think doing the exercise alone will get me thinner, but I still do it to sweat a little and because I'm so out of shape, I think it is a good starter for me. Especially during quarantine time when there's no gym open and it is too…

Those are all common ingredients in my country. We even eat cow's nose. We boil it until it turns jelly-like, stir it in some peanut sauce with green beans, bean sprouts, shrimp crackers, fried tofu, and other green veggies. I don't really like it though. It tasted funny to me. Chicken feet we usually make into soup or…

I usually munched an apple, get an orange, drink a glass of milk, eat some Greek yogurt, or boil an egg.

Simple tofu-and-meatball soup with chillies and shirataki noodles. I love shirataki because it is very fulfilling and very low calorie.

I like omelets with spinach. High protein and fulfilling.

I am Chinese and has been drinking green tea all my life, but still here I am. So, no.

I am coming from noodle and rice loving country. They have a lot of calories (no wonder I'm so chubby!), and recently I have started substituting them to shirataki rice or noodle. I like to make them into soup as boiling food makes less calories than frying it, and the broth is nutritious and fulfilling. It works perfectly…

Sometimes I weight it, sometimes not. Things like apples and oranges, I don't weigh them. I just log "one medium apple" or "one medium orange" like that. Certain things like corn or potatoes I usually weigh them.

Depends on the region, I guess. Some ingredients are cheaper and easier to find in certain countries. For myself, eggs and chicken are fairly cheap and can be cooked in various ways, so they are kinda a staple. They also have high protein, so it's perfect.

I don't know if this is such a petty reason, but my friend recently gave me a belly chain as a present, and I would like to wear it with pride instead of belly rolls.

I think if you cook yourself, you better create a recipe for it. That way you will have a fairly accurate knowledge about how much calorie you consume. I cook most of my own food and therefore always use the recipe builder. Really felt the difficulty in counting calories when I eat out because there are so many entries for…
