Plus in past generations people only had face to face contact so they would never say the things that are freely said on the internet. I get freedom of speech but people get real nasty over the internet but if it were the past those things wouldn’t be said because can’t stand real confrontation. I dunno 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

My dad always said the 80s were good too. Now I was born in 96 so I grew up in the 2000-2010 era. I always liked to see old pictures of everyone always dressed up real nice 50s. Imagine going to a restaurant where everyone goes to hang out after school cause it’s the cool place and drink a glass bottle of coke. I don’t…

I feel this so much. I always say this. I don’t really fit in with my generation, I don’t do any form of social media (except this) and I don’t necessarily agree with the women empowerment move around me or what I see because most of it is radical and so harsh. I believe in building each other up, not tearing each other…

Okay i’m about to word vomit on here. Everyone looks at me and assumes I’m a *kitten* or I’m superficial: I try to be as kind as possible to everyone. I struggle with bad thoughts about myself/other people but I always try to keep those silent in my mind at all times and I try to never speak a bad word about anyone. I’ve…

If you’re on the older side I would recommend a light weight tinted moisturizer instead of full coverage foundation. If you’re older and with some wrinkles the foundation will set into the wrinkles and make them more profound. Hope this helps!

My girl, this is my expertise, if you want something good quality, something cheap, I would recommend Colourpop Cosmetics or Morphe or NYX. They aren’t drug store brands but they have great quality items without costing you 40$ for a lipstick.

I don’t really eat much protein because I have such a small window sometimes to cook and a very small window to eat so that’s why I included the whey protein shakes
-
Well I’ve been eating around the same calories for 3 years now just recently upped my calorie Intake when I increased my exercise. I eat at maintenance but I include whey protein shakes in there. I’m looking to get definition, not so much of gaining muscle
-
I drink whey protein shake (60g of protein) after my workout. Thank you for the thread! I’m mainly looking to get more definition!

I’m usually tapped out by midnight because I’m up with my kids in the morning but if I stay up late I’m definitely eating late night snacks, if not I go to sleep with hunger pains. But I’m usually asleep by 10:00-11:00 but usually love the night because it’s so quiet.

I have quite a bit of medical problems and had a bad streak in February but I’ve been working out consistently since and my health has had a good turning point for now and everyone asks me how I do it or they say wow you’re looking great how’d you get so fit? What I say is “yeah it’s not always easy but if it were easy…

Maybe about 15-20 pounds lost for me
-
May I ask how I get to that feature? I literally know nothing about my watch except how to turn on the workout and activity app lmao
-
Sometimes no, and sometimes yes but no matter what the calorie burn and the miles ran are always higher than the treadmills count.
-
My watch estimates much higher calorie burn, maybe like 200 more. And I’m running on my treadmill about 5-7 miles a day depending on how I’m feeling but my watch estimates like a mile more than my treadmill at the end of the workout. Like it’ll say 6.15 miles and my treadmill will say like 5.30. It has handlebars to…

I’m not sure, it goes by my height and weight but my watch always says I ran like a mile more than my treadmill after I’m done.
