My current target is to lose 15 kilos in 7 months. I want to be 75 by end Jan 2021. After that I will set a new target. I will increase my calorie intake by another 300 or so. Thank you for your input. :smile:

No I am not eating so little - here is my calorie intake - it is just that i work out for an average of almost 2 hrs every day.

and just to see if milk could be the reason, I added a cup of whole milk and it showed 8g of protein only! Something is wrong somewhere

thank you. yeah that makes more sense! and yet 20g of protein in a cup of coffee does seem rather farfetched!
