  • That's a great idea! I recently changed my weight loss to 0.5 pounds a week so that bumped my calories to 1700. I struggled to get to 1200 before but adding in snacks between meals has really helped. So now i eat between 1200-1400 most of the time. working on eating more.

  • Anytime I go out where other people are around, I put a mask out, it's such a simple thing to do. Easier to put on than pants. If it helps in anyway then I have no problem wearing it.

  • I have to plan ahead to eat out usually. My go to is Moes burrito bowl, with a side of chips its about 700 calories. Panera isn't bad just a lot of sodium. I try to go places that I know will fill me up.

  • I'm around 5ft5. My goal weight initially was 150. I am about at 150 now and still have a lot of body fat so i'm bumping my goal to 140. The number on the scale doesn't bother me as much as it did but I assume I'll prob need to weigh a little less to get this extra fat off.
  • I wouldn't call it a cheat meal. It's more just getting take out versus my healthier home cooked food. Lately, I've been getting a burrito bowl from Moes on Fridays - which isn't bad minus the chips :). If I want something sweet I'll just keep dark chocolate around so I don't go crazy holding out on cravings.

  • Yeah I see it a lot in my thighs. My right thigh seems to be getting smaller quicker than my left thigh.
  • Yeah the filtered water does taste better. I use to not be keen on water either. Adding fruit slices helps a lot. Or just adding lime or lemon juice tastes really good too. Chamomile tea is really good, and if you can spare adding honey in it then of course that's yummy.
