  • And apparently as I just found out you need the fat too, to little fat can also leave you feeling extremely hungry... And I thought it was a good thing if I kept under the suggested 30 of the 50/20/30, 50% carbs (complex carbs preferably) 20% protein, 30% fat... 🤦🤦🤦🤷 Live n learn!

  • Ask your doctor to run a hypothyroidism test! I have hypothyroidism and when my thyroid hormones gets low my metabolism shuts down and it also causes unbearable food cravings I gained 30 lb in 2 months the last time it went down actually a little over 30 lb.
  • Maybe consider bringing vegetable snacks like baby carrots and sliced celery sticks to snack on when you start craving those sweets at work? I'm struggling right now myself really want to eat that second cookie.... Good advice only helps if you (talking about me) implement it...
