  • Dude I was just gonna start this convo today! Crazy lol. I'm leaving today to go to Utah for camping and maybe a hike or two. But when I travel, my diet is crap. I will try to just ask for what I want and let you know how it goes. Awesome topic laura!
  • yeah its really hard to find a small group that seems to stay active. Thats all I am really looking for. I am in another group that has no communication whatsoever... Im just there. But we can all keep a look out and add and grow.
  • yeah forreal Gabriel! I got all the criticisms too when i became type 2. Alot of my family members have it as well, and they even chimed in on my diagnosis. All I can do now is prove them wrong and worry about myself.
  • Well right now all I use is my fitness pal and map my run and that's it. I will check out spark ppl. I love the fitness pal app, I've kinda dialed in my meals from just using the app. Is anyone using premium? Is it worth it?

  • How do I manage? Well I am more active for one. I am now doing some type of physical activity. I cook my own meals because others don't really understand. Lastly I am expanding my diabetic network, working with others helps to keep me accountable for my actions. What are you doing?
  • I wish diabetes had a trial run. Once you get it, its for life, but had i lived my life a month like this I may have changed my eating ways. Honestly its been a blessing for me, I quit drinking, cut weight, and overall feel better about what I eat.
