  • I like a set amount also, therefore I’ve set mines at 1600 per day. However I’m not counting every vegetable I eat unless potatoes. So realistically I will eating over 1600 per day. That’s the way I want to work and it’s not probably for everyone but it’s a good starting point for me.
  • Please don’t feel guilty for buying something you want if ur going to use them. I do Les Mills on Demand online workouts and I love them. Only £12 per month for unlimited workouts. I haven’t bought overly priced goods to assist with this and bought elsewhere what I can afford. Enjoy what u buy and spend ur money wisely and…
  • chilli
  • peppers, onions, low fat mince, 2 beef stock cubes, cinnamon stick, fajita packet mix or chilli con carne packet mix, tinned tomatoes, squirt of tom puree, small amount of water to loosen and kidney beans. You can also add mushrooms if you like them.
  • Les Mills On Demand, all of their workouts are amazing!
  • its 1500 before exercise
  • I've tried MFP before however I realised my calorie intake was not sustainable as it was too low. I bought a Polar Ignite watch and its been an eye opener as according to it my average exercise/daily routine equates to around 2400 calories daily over a month. Therefore I've decided to set my calories to 1700 per day which…

I have less than a stone to lose and I've set mines at 1700 calories per day however I exercise 5 times a week doing combat and body pump, grit…
  • Nope it sounds like you just like eating out. Personally I couldn’t afford to eat out every day and I couldn’t be arsed going out every night for food either. It also seems like you dont like cooking or you can’t be bothered to cook. If you get a high from eating out and the experience of it thats something you should…
  • I recently bought a polar ignite and I think it’s amazing! It tells you how many calories you have burned each day and it’s made me realise that as long as I eat under the calories I should lose weight. I’ve been on holiday for three weeks so I’m now setting my daily calories myself on here as from Monday.Previously I was…
  • I’ve just rejoined and I’ve set my calories at 1600 calories. This is my daily calorie intake and I will not be adding any more exercise calories to this. I exercise 1 or 2 hours a day mostly bodycombat and combat. It’s only day 2 for me but I want to lose 12/14lbs. I’m 5ft 2.
