Yep I want to get to at least 60 kg. I workout roughly 4 days a week. I just expected my arms to be bigger with 4 kg gain. You are definitely right... its probably because the weight gain is distributed throughout my whole body as such I don't see much changes in my arms. May need to gain more weight to see difference.

Nice! How long did this journey take you? I am at the same stage as when you were skinny.

You need to weigh yourself naked after urinating in the morning. That's the most accurate way to check results. You could also poop prior but it only changed the scale by 0.2 kg so it doesn't matter much.

Cheers everyone. I think I am gaining weight... I haven't eaten much within the last few days and am at 46.5 kg. Will try to continue weight gain now.
