i feel the extreme weather, i’m in arizona and we’re reaching 112 and above! i’ve been having a rough time and unfortunately turning to food for comfort 😣 i’ve gained around three pounds since I first joined the group, but i’m determined to get back on track even if I can’t exercise. not looking forward to my weigh in, ugh

I wasn’t able to meet my calorie goal because of food repulsion (drinking water was a struggle but I got a cup in at least) but I also didn’t even take 2,000 steps and got up minimally. I didn’t have a perfect day, but it sure was better than yesterday! I found my favorite distraction: Just dance. it’s childish but soooo fun and a great form of exercise, so now if I wanna snack when i’m not hungry, I play some just dance :) i’m hoping tomorrow will be better though.

i’m really discouraged right now :( I just couldn’t stop eating so I weighed myself and I weigh 4.8 lbs more than i did this morning. I know it’s mostly food and water weight but it really sucks to see that number go up so high

does anyone have advice on how to stop stress eating? I got triggered by my sister and ate another doughnut (and a half) so even though i’m below my cal limit, my sugar and carbs are waaaay too high :(
