Super.. well done you I trained people at home but like you I was straight back gym. I've gotta say though some of my clients still training at home.

I did you know i did loads of chair squatting with weight coz i had my foot in a boot not a cast, I did loads of pushups on my knees loads of core work after about 3 or 4 weeks I went gym tied my foot into footlocks on the bike and the rower so there was no impact or no movement on my foot. Omgoodness it was blummin…

Awww god love you . I feel ur pain its just terrible when u have an injurie, I broke my foot last year ughhhh. Couldn't do anything for nearly 3 months. I cried a lot 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣
