1. My goal for October I will plan my meals better and cook big pot things regularly, like soup, stew, casseroles, etc. I will also continue with the habits I'm currently building: log food and drink every day, stay in calorie deficit, walk more, avoid sweets, drink plenty water and tea. 2. The small, actionable steps I…

I looked back at my weight on Fitbit. I first logged on 1 June 2017 and my weight was 75kg. My lowest weight was 67.6 kg on 31 January 2019. So that's my next target 🎯 8 kilos is quite a lot but I'll do my best, first of all, get to 75 kg, then aiming for 70 kg and on to 67 kg 🏹 Also, I'm weighing myself and logging food…

I've gone through my figures from June and started tracking like this. I seem to be getting into the habit of it. I hope you all have a great October 🍂

I think I've got everything ready :) The kitchen could do with a better clear-out and organise, so I'll get onto that.

On the Google phone app calendar, you can set tasks now. I copy the challenge requirements, i.e. weight dates list and steps date list, in the details, then amend weekly to copy and paste into the group thread. It reminds you and you can check it off when done. It doesn't seem to sync onto the desktop version but I'm sure…

I've got into the habit of weighing daily but know that I might not do that in future. I will do it weekly though. I will also take measurements when the challenge starts and maybe a before photo too. I'll do it at the end too and try to remember half way through.

These days, I'm pretty good at not eating just for the sake of it because I'm bored or watching tv. ▪️ I will eat only if I feel I need something, like before going out to work. ▪️ If I don't feel like eating breakfast, I'll take fruit and nuts with me and maybe a meal replacement powdered drink if I know I won't have time…

▪️ I will walk as much as possible. My aim is to get a daily average of 7000 steps. I will walk less on working-from-home days and sluggish days (I know I will have them) but walk more on busier days to make up for it. ▪️ I will do exercises at home, such as, stretching, full-body toning, hand-weights, exercise biking,…

▪️ I will be continuing to keep within a a calorie deficit. My aim is -500 per day/-3500 per week. My appetite has returned so it won't be as easy as summertime but I will make a huge effort not to go over too often. ▪️ I will be conscious of what I buy to make sure I have at least two meals covered when shopping. ▪️ I…

My goals and plans for this coming season are on-going: ▪️ Goal: 5% or 5 kilo loss. Plan: I will continue losing weight since I did well in summer. Why? Because I want to feel less bulgy and want to lessen the impact on my joints. I also have clothes that I haven't worn for a few years and would like to once again. ▪️…

I'm feeling better after new meds have helped with pains. I'm getting outside more - except for during the flood causing heavy rain this past weekend - I've been losing weight and feel positive about keeping up this momentum.
