I like walking in a city park and, before my knees hurt, I started enjoying cycling round the park in the rain - few people and dogs, no kids and some other serious cyclists. Hopefully, I'll get back to doing these activities soon as I haven't done either of them since July.

My snowballing bad habits that I want to kick: 1. Resting & not exercising - I've had to rest most days but increased my walking this week. The swelling and pains are bad today though. 2.
