I did okay on Thursday and Friday but Saturday was not good because I had a headache and shoulder tension. Today is better and I'm working out the knots. I also got 12 hours sleep π I've filled my snack-stacks for the week ahead and got some recycling and rubbish out.

Walking through April with a spring in my step! I haven't done very well at getting myself moving this week but today till Sunday is when it'll be more important because I'll be at home more than Mon to Wed. I've done okay with steps but would like to get more, so I'll start the day with an upbeat, happy tune.

@hcoleman232 Where were the Highland Games? I'm from Scotland, went to a couple of Games when my dad was a boxing trainer and met a caber tosser, for the first time, when I came to live in Czechia π There are Highland Games here too but I've never been to one because they're held a bit far from Prague.

For my new habit of food prepping, I bought a couple of snack stacks for my husband and I. It's a nice compact size, the biggest being 150 ml, and each section fits each other so it can be mixed up, added to or reduced. Hi, I've been away visiting my mum, in Scotland, and ended up just not coming into the MFP app. Although I came back on the 9th, I re-triggered the butt muscle pain I'd got earlier in the year and, while weighing my suitcase, I 'popped' my sternum. Thank you π€ I felt encvigorated after a shower and a short brisk walk to the underground perked me up (I got dressed before going out π). If I could do that, even on days that I don't need to go out, I think it will help me be more enthusiastic to get moving. Sunshine dies soar in winter here, it was nice at the weekendβ¦
