I am using I am using Repp Sports Broken Arrow - I use no more than twice a week; I find it gives me a real good push. I love the pre-workout tingles/ stimulants and I've had some real focused sessions. But I would strongly advise, using it minimally.

Ouch! Sorry to read of your injury. I would probably Just keep everything bench-based/ seated-machine based, if possible. I would definitely avoid doing anything that involves putting any strain on that foot as you could end up putting yourself out of action for a much lengthier period and we definitely don't want that!…

Same here! I think, for the first few weeks (after gyms close) I am able to regularly train at home but soon find that I get very bored with the lack of atmosphere at home and become very uninspired by the same 4 walls! Before I know it, the novelty has worn off. Plus, given the UK constantly going in-and-out lockdown…
