I have no problem with adding calories for cardio/walking because my garmin shows it or I can add it in. But how do I estimate calories burned for a strength workout? I added the exercises (individual) but it shows no calories for them.

My weight has been steady. But my energy during the day is good. I got a lot of little things accomplished today along with a .5 mile walk in my driveway. Upped my daily step goal to 4000. Little by little. I also ate all of my calories today!

Consistent 5 miles rides. Just made it to 4.5 miles. Finish my current virtual race early, and do 2 more in single workouts (6 miles ea).
